Why IDC?

Building a new development is loaded with uncertainty: there’s no way to know if your budget will blow out, even after you break soil. Most of the time, the fate of your bottom line (and your timelines) is sealed by a few key decisions, made by a few key people.

While traditional builders remain anchored to age-old methods, we trailblaze the path towards innovation. By offering a 360° macro perspective of the industry, IDC guides the process by finding efficiencies and economic benefits that can make a million-dollar difference. Combined with over a decade’s expertise of the entire construction process, we are the builders who help our clients think beyond the blueprints.
