The close to 1500m² structure, installed and project managed by IDC Construct, is used as a storage, packing, and distribution facility for Hillwood Berries. The factory shed encompasses a drive-through approach to allow for a thoroughfare which supports circular work flow and ensures maximum efficiency when delivering, loading and unloading.

Approximately two thirds of the facility is dedicated to packaging and the remaining space houses an impressive cool room which stores the berries.

This infrastructure improvement can be partially attributed to the less than 2% rejection rate Hillwood Berries experienced last season.
