About IDC

We are the builders who help you think beyond the blueprints.

Our ability to turn an empty site into a finished structure is achieved by having a deep understanding, the right resources, and the expert personnel to pioneer the processes. With our in-house capabilities firmly in our control, we combine sophisticated equipment with technical expertise to deliver full-scope, full-scale projects – from civil work to full turnkey and fit-out.

Why IDC?

Building a new development is loaded with uncertainty: there’s no way to know if your budget will blow out, even after you break soil. Most of the time, the fate of your bottom line (and your timelines) is sealed by a few key decisions, made by a few key people.

While traditional builders remain anchored to age-old methods, we trailblaze the path towards innovation. By offering a 360° macro perspective of the industry, IDC guides the process by finding efficiencies and economic benefits that can make a million-dollar difference. Combined with over a decade’s expertise of the entire construction process, we are the builders who help our clients think beyond the blueprints.
