Director
Kailen, founder and managing director of IDC, brings 18 years of industry experience. With an Advanced Diploma of Building and Construction and QBCC builder’s license, he collaborates closely with clients to optimize construction efficiency from design to build. Passionate about technology and continuous improvement, Kailen excels in fast-paced problem-solving and economical delivery.
Brittany Cutler
Chief Operating Officer
Brittany has worked with some of Australia’s largest brands in the food, fitness, pharmacy, and retail industries. She has held executive roles in people management, operations, and sales, excelling in strategic initiatives, operational efficiencies, team leadership, and client relationships. Brittany’s dynamic leadership has driven significant business growth and fostered positive workplace cultures. Brittany’s role with IDC is to ensure the effective and efficient execution of all projects and liaising with all clienteles to ensure transparency and collaboration on all project phases.
Tony Goddard
Construction Manager – Commercial
Tony, is a construction expert with 27 years of experience, specializing in architectural cladding and roofing. Starting as an apprentice in New South Wales, he worked on diverse projects across Queensland before settling in Bundaberg in 2005. Tony focused on complex roofing and specialized cladding, contributing to major commercial projects and architectural homes. Tony’s role with IDC is to now lead the Commercial and Industrial execution of projects to ensure they run on time, within scope and all safety aspects are covered.
Braden Connelly
Construction Manager – Residential
Braden is a seasoned carpenter with over a decade’s experience in residential and commercial builds including but not limited to new homes and renovations.
As an IDC Construction Manager, he leads from the front guiding and supporting his team in residential projects. He ensures project timelines are met, manages budgets, maintains quality control, and coordinates with clients and subcontractors.
Elijah Berthelsen
Project Manager – Civil
Elijah has extensive experience in end to end construction project execution. From multimillion dollar Civil and Industrial Projects to large scale residential developments, Elijah has seen it all. Elijah oversees accuracy in IDC’s excavation and concrete work, managing underground services, utility connections, foundations, hold-down bolts, and pavement details. With diverse skills, he excels in earthmoving equipment operation, steel fabrication, concrete placement, framing, ceilings, cladding, roofing, and joinery. Elijah specializes in total station operation, surveying, 3D machine control, and laser guidance.
