Gina's Table freeze-dried produce facility — built by IDC Construct

Gina’s Table

Gina’s Table, by SSS Strawberries, is a state-of-the-art freeze-drying facility, considered to be both the first, and largest of its kind in Australia.

The 4000m² factory houses impressive European infrastructure which uses NASA technology to freeze-dry fruit that otherwise would have been rejected and destroyed, reducing food waste in our region.

The facility has also contributed to the local economy, allowing for processing and packing to occur at a local scale.  IDC was engaged in both a construction and project management capacity, completing this project in 26 weeks.
